Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized customer consultations on home furnishings and décor
- Execute visual merchandising standards to maintain boutique-quality displays
- Process transactions using POS systems while maintaining cash handling accuracy
- Coordinate inventory management for weekend stock replenishment
- Resolve customer inquiries with solution-oriented approaches
- Collaborate with weekend team to ensure seamless store operations
- Execute targeted weekend promotions and product launches
Qualifications
- Previous retail or hospitality experience preferred
- Exceptional interpersonal communication skills
- Availability to work Saturdays and Sundays (10am-6pm)
- Strong attention to detail in visual merchandising
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Basic POS system knowledge or willingness to learn
- Passion for home design and customer satisfaction
- Must be 18+ with reliable transportation
