Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly, professional demeanor.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems.
- Stock shelves and maintain visual merchandising standards throughout the weekend.
- Answer inbound phone calls and respond to customer inquiries promptly.
- Assist in inventory management and stockroom organization.
- Resolve customer complaints and escalations with empathy and problem-solving skills.
- Collaborate with the floor team to ensure a seamless customer journey.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred but not required.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday).
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Basic proficiency with computers and POS systems.
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs occasionally.
