Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients visiting our Austin locations on Saturdays and Sundays.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using Point of Sale (POS) systems.
- Assist with inventory management and stock organization to ensure shelves are fully stocked.
- Maintain a clean and welcoming store environment in accordance with company standards.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations during peak weekend hours.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues with patience and professionalism.
Qualifications
- Must be available to work a consistent weekend schedule (Saturday and/or Sunday).
- Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred but not required.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Familiarity with mobile devices and basic computer navigation.
- A valid driver's license is a plus.
