- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently at the point of sale.
- Keep the sales floor organized, clean, and stocked with inventory to ensure a safe shopping environment.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally and promptly.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve daily sales targets and maintain store standards.
- Perform basic inventory checks and restock merchandise as needed during shifts.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Previous experience in retail, hospitality, or customer service is preferred but not required.
- Ability to work flexible weekends (Saturday and Sunday) and occasional holidays.
- Strong verbal communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
- Basic math skills for handling cash and transactions.
