Responsibilities
- Deliver Exceptional Customer Service: Greet and assist customers with a smile, ensuring a positive shopping experience from entry to exit.
- Operate POS Systems: Efficiently process sales transactions, handle returns, and manage gift cards with accuracy.
- Inventory Management: Assist with stock replenishment, visual merchandising, and maintaining an organized sales floor.
- Store Operations Support: Help with opening and closing procedures, including cash handling and security checks.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the weekend staff to achieve daily sales goals and store targets.
- Product Knowledge: Stay informed about product features and promotions to effectively answer customer inquiries.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday) on a consistent basis.
- Experience: Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
- Communication: Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with diverse customers.
- Reliability: Proven history of punctuality and dependability in previous employment.
- Physical Demands: Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 25 lbs, and maneuver around the sales floor.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
