Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve premium coffee beverages with precision and artistry
- Deliver exceptional customer service through personalized recommendations
- Maintain pristine workspace and equipment hygiene standards
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems
- Collaborate with team to ensure seamless weekend operations
- Source and showcase seasonal coffee offerings
- Participate in ongoing product knowledge workshops
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year food/beverage service experience
- Weekend availability (Saturday/Sunday, 6am-4pm)
- Basic cash handling and POS proficiency
- Strong communication and multitasking abilities
- Knowledge of specialty coffee preparation preferred
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Massachusetts Food Handler's certification
- Passion for coffee culture and customer experience
