Responsibilities
- Expertly prepare specialty coffee drinks using espresso machines and manual brewing methods
- Provide exceptional customer service with product knowledge and warm interactions
- Manage POS transactions and maintain accurate cash handling procedures
- Ensure cleanliness and sanitation of all equipment and customer areas
- Support inventory management and restocking of supplies
- Collaborate with team during peak weekend rushes
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year barista or customer service experience preferred
- Availability to work weekends (Sat/Sun) and holidays
- Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift 25 lbs
- Food Handler's Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
