Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly upon arrival and assist with product inquiries to ensure a welcoming environment.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system accurately, handle cash, and process returns or exchanges efficiently.
- Maintain the visual appeal of the store by organizing shelves, restocking inventory, and ensuring displays are eye-catching.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth weekend operation and support fellow staff during peak hours.
- Assist in inventory management tasks, including cycle counts and stock organization.
- Answer phone calls and manage customer inquiries regarding store hours and product availability.
Qualifications
- No prior retail experience required – we provide comprehensive on-the-job training.
- High school diploma or equivalent (or currently enrolled in school).
- Availability to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday) consistently.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new technology quickly.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs when necessary.
- A positive attitude and a willingness to learn new skills.
