Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly, professional demeanor to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately, process payments, and handle cash transactions responsibly.
- Stock shelves, organize product displays, and maintain a clean, organized sales floor.
- Assist with inventory management, including stock counts and reporting discrepancies.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently to maintain high satisfaction levels.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and operational goals.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not required.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs occasionally.
- Basic computer literacy and math skills.
