Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome customers warmly upon arrival, providing exceptional service.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately to process sales, returns, and exchanges.
- Assist in maintaining store visual standards, including shelving, stocking, and merchandising.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock replenishment as needed.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints efficiently and professionally.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth and organized workflow during peak weekend hours.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday) and occasional holidays.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
