Responsibilities
- Lead engaging 2-4 hour weekend tours (Saturdays & Sundays) through Denver's historic districts, food scenes, and outdoor attractions
- Provide dynamic storytelling about Denver's culture, history, and landmarks while ensuring guest safety
- Manage tour logistics including group coordination, equipment preparation, and route navigation
- Deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining a positive, energetic demeanor
- Collect and implement guest feedback to continuously enhance tour experiences
- Collaborate with the marketing team to promote tours and build community presence
Qualifications
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturdays & Sundays) with flexible weekday availability for training
- Outstanding public speaking and interpersonal skills with ability to captivate diverse audiences
- Deep knowledge of Denver's attractions, neighborhoods, and local culture
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to stand/walk for 4+ hours and navigate varied terrain
- Previous customer service, tour guiding, or hospitality experience preferred
- Must pass background check and drug screening
