Responsibilities
- Safely operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts after certification)
- Accurately receive, scan, and inventory incoming shipments
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with zero-error standards
- Maintain clean, organized, and OSHA-compliant workspaces
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily targets
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
- Adhere to all safety protocols and quality standards
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
