Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and store incoming inventory according to company protocols
- Pick, pack, and stage orders with precision to meet daily shipping targets
- Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and efficiently
- Maintain clean and organized work areas to ensure OSHA compliance
- Conduct cycle counts and assist with inventory reconciliation processes
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and resolve operational challenges
- Adhere to all safety guidelines and report equipment malfunctions promptly
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred but not required
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory systems
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record (for equipment operation)
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
- Flexible availability including occasional weekends during peak seasons
