Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and sort incoming inventory using RF scanners
- Efficiently pick and pack orders for shipment in a timely manner
- Maintain organized storage areas and implement FIFO rotation systems
- Safely operate powered industrial equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) after certification
- Conduct quality control checks on products before shipment
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily/weekly productivity targets
- Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and warehouse procedures
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly with proper technique
- Basic math skills for inventory counting and order verification
- Willingness to obtain forklift certification (paid training provided)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods in a climate-controlled warehouse
- Reliable transportation to the Industrial Park Rd location
- Positive attitude and commitment to teamwork in a fast-paced setting
