Responsibilities
- Efficiently load/unload shipments using pallet jacks and forklifts
- Accurately track inventory via our digital warehouse management system
- Maintain organized storage areas with FIFO compliance
- Inspect goods for damage and report discrepancies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily targets
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols at all times
- Assist in quality control checks before shipment
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work in temperature-controlled environments
- Reliable transportation to our NY facility
- Previous warehouse experience preferred but not mandatory
