Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders according to specifications
- Operate warehouse equipment including pallet jacks and forklifts (certification provided)
- Maintain organized inventory using RF scanning technology
- Inspect and sort incoming/outgoing shipments for quality compliance
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA standards
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets
- Document warehouse activities using digital systems
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn RF scanning
- Reliable transportation to the 789 Industrial Park Drive location
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods (8+ hours)
- Positive attitude and teamwork-oriented mindset
- Pass background check and drug screen (required)
