Responsibilities
- Efficiently manage incoming/outgoing shipments using RF scanners and WMS systems
- Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) with OSHA compliance
- Perform inventory control cycle counts and maintain accurate stock records
- Pick, pack, and stage orders for timely shipment fulfillment
- Maintain clean, organized, and OSHA-compliant work areas
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize warehouse operations
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for process efficiency
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required
- 6+ months warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- OSHA forklift certification or willingness to obtain (training provided)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for 8+ hours
- Basic computer proficiency with inventory software experience
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment
- Valid driver's license and clean MVR (if operating company vehicles)
