Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and process incoming inventory using WMS systems
- Efficiently pick, pack, and ship orders while maintaining quality standards
- Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and responsibly
- Conduct regular cycle counts and inventory audits to ensure data accuracy
- Maintain clean, organized, and OSHA-compliant work areas
- Collaborate with remote team members via digital platforms for real-time updates
- Participate in cross-functional projects to optimize warehouse operations
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain company training
- Basic computer literacy with ability to use warehouse management systems
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Reliable transportation and punctuality for on-site shifts
- Experience with remote communication tools (Slack, Teams, etc.)
