Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners and digital inventory systems
- Safely operate forklifts and pallet jacks in compliance with OSHA standards
- Perform quality control inspections to ensure product integrity
- Maintain organized warehouse zones and implement lean practices
- Collaborate with remote coordinators via digital platforms for real-time inventory updates
- Train on advanced warehouse management systems with remote access capabilities
- Participate in cross-functional team meetings via video conference
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or fulfillment experience
- OSHA forklift certification or willingness to obtain
- Proficiency with inventory management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and stand for extended periods
- Strong digital literacy for remote collaboration tools
- Valid Oregon driver's license
- Flexibility to work hybrid schedule (3 remote days/week)
- Attention to detail with proven accuracy in order fulfillment
