Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and inventory incoming shipments using our digital tracking system
- Pick and pack orders with precision for same-day shipping across Texas
- Maintain organized warehouse layout and conduct regular safety audits
- Collaborate remotely with inventory team using our proprietary logistics software
- Operate electric pallet jacks and material handling equipment safely
- Participate in monthly virtual training sessions for process improvements
- Support cross-functional teams through digital communication tools
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification preferred
- 1+ years warehouse or logistics experience
- OSHA forklift certification or ability to obtain
- Proficient in digital inventory systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Strong remote communication skills via Slack/Teams
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Valid Texas driver's license for occasional local deliveries
- Basic Excel data entry skills for remote reporting
