Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick, pack, and ship orders while maintaining inventory accuracy
- Operate warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) following safety protocols
- Perform quality checks on incoming/outgoing shipments
- Collaborate with team to optimize warehouse workflows
- Contribute to inventory counts and cycle counts
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Support cross-functional teams during peak seasons
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years warehouse experience preferred (training provided)
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Flexibility to work occasional evenings/weekends
