Responsibilities
- Manage inventory and stock rotation using our proprietary remote inventory tracking system
- Operate warehouse machinery (forklifts, pallet jacks) during on-site shifts
- Pack and ship orders with precision using our digital order fulfillment portal
- Maintain clean, organized workspace with daily virtual check-ins via our mobile app
- Collaborate with team through virtual stand-ups and remote scheduling tools
- Conduct cycle counts using tablet-based inventory scanners
- Participate in monthly remote training sessions on new warehouse technologies
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Basic computer proficiency for remote reporting systems
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Valid driver's license (company vehicles provided for on-site tasks)
- Experience with warehouse inventory management software preferred
- Reliable high-speed internet connection for remote components
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
