Responsibilities
- Safely operate warehouse equipment including forklifts and pallet jacks
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders using barcode scanning systems
- Maintain organized inventory and perform cycle counts
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA standards
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow efficiency
- Load/unload trucks and process incoming shipments
- Utilize warehouse management software for tracking inventory
Qualifications
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours with frequent lifting (up to 50 lbs)
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Basic computer literacy and smartphone proficiency
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in tasks
- Valid driver's license preferred (not required)
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Reliable transportation to San Jose facility
