Responsibilities
- Efficiently picking, packing, and preparing orders for shipment.
- Loading and unloading trucks and trailers in a safe and timely manner.
- Operating warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) after training.
- Conducting regular inventory checks and maintaining accurate records.
- Ensuring the warehouse floor remains clean, organized, and safe.
- Collaborating with team members to meet daily production targets.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to lift and move objects weighing up to 50+ pounds repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and attention to detail.
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions (if applicable to outdoor loading) or climate-controlled environments.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
- Strong work ethic and the ability to follow safety protocols.
