Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and store incoming inventory using barcode scanners and RF technology
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with attention to detail and speed
- Operate warehouse equipment including pallet jacks, forklifts (with certification), and conveyor systems
- Maintain clean and organized work areas, including sweeping floors and removing debris
- Conduct cycle counts and inventory audits to ensure data accuracy
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and meet daily targets
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA regulations
Qualifications
- No prior warehouse experience required – comprehensive training provided
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Basic math skills and ability to follow written instructions
- Strong work ethic and punctuality with reliable transportation
- Willingness to work in varying warehouse conditions (temperature, noise)
- Team player with excellent communication skills
- Valid driver's license preferred (for equipment operation training)
