Responsibilities
- Safely load/unload trucks using pallet jacks and forklifts (training provided)
- Scan and sort incoming/outgoing inventory with barcode scanners
- Maintain accurate warehouse records in digital tracking systems
- Operate warehouse equipment including conveyor belts and packing stations
- Collaborate with team to meet daily production targets
- Follow OSHA safety protocols and maintain clean work areas
- Assist in cycle counts and inventory audits
Qualifications
- No prior warehouse experience required - we train!
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Basic math skills for inventory management
- Reliable transportation to industrial park location
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Pass pre-employment background check
