Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders according to specifications
- Operate warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) after training
- Maintain inventory accuracy through systematic counting and documentation
- Inspect products for quality and report discrepancies
- Keep warehouse organized and compliant with safety standards
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals
- Assist with loading/unloading shipments and receiving new inventory
Qualifications
- No prior warehouse experience required
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
