Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and sort incoming inventory using RF scanners
- Operate pallet jacks and forklifts after certification training
- Pick, pack, and stage orders for shipment according to specifications
- Maintain clean and organized warehouse areas following safety standards
- Assist with cycle counts and inventory reconciliation processes
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets
- Report equipment issues and safety hazards to supervisors
Qualifications
- No prior warehouse experience required – all training provided
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours and lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Basic math skills for inventory tracking and order verification
- Reliable transportation and punctuality for shift work
- Willingness to obtain forklift certification (paid by employer)
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety procedures
- Team-oriented mindset with clear communication skills
- Ability to pass pre-employment background check
