Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders according to daily schedules
- Operate warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and efficiently
- Conduct inventory counts and report discrepancies to supervisors
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of warehouse facilities
- Collaborate with remote team members for inventory updates via digital systems
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA standards
- Assist with receiving, inspecting, and storing incoming shipments
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic computer literacy for inventory software
- Reliable transportation to warehouse facility
- Flexible schedule availability including occasional weekends
