Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and process incoming and outgoing shipments accurately and efficiently.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse machinery safely.
- Inventory management: stock shelves, organize inventory, and conduct cycle counts.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure daily targets and production goals are met.
- Perform quality checks on products before packing and shipping.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not required.
