Responsibilities
- <ul><li><strong>Order Fulfillment:</strong> Pick, pack, and ship customer orders accurately and efficiently to meet daily targets.</li><li><strong>Material Handling:</strong> Load, unload, and move materials to and from storage areas using appropriate equipment.</li><li><strong>Inventory Control:</strong> Assist with inventory counts, stock replenishment, and maintaining accurate stock records.</li><li><strong>Machinery Operation:</strong> Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse machinery.</li><li><strong>Quality Assurance:</strong> Inspect incoming and outgoing goods for damage and ensure proper labeling.</li><li><strong>Housekeeping:</strong> Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.</li></ul>
Qualifications
- <ul><li><strong>Education:</strong> High school diploma or GED equivalent.</li><li><strong>Experience:</strong> Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required; we provide training.</li><li><strong>Physical Requirements:</strong> Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.</li><li><strong>Skills:</strong> Basic computer literacy and strong attention to detail.</li><li><strong>Availability:</strong> Must be available for full-time shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.</li><li><strong>Certification:</strong> Forklift certification is a plus but not mandatory.</li></ul>
