Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment using warehouse management systems.
- Conduct regular inventory checks to ensure accuracy and prevent stock discrepancies.
- Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and according to protocols.
- Ensure the warehouse facility remains clean, organized, and safe for all personnel.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets and quality standards.
- Load and unload trucks efficiently, verifying delivery contents against bills of lading.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not mandatory; on-the-job training provided.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull items weighing up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with handheld scanners or warehouse software.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be able to stand for extended periods and work various shifts, including nights and weekends.
