Key Responsibilities
As a Warehouse Worker, you will play a crucial role in our daily operations, ensuring that our inventory moves smoothly from receiving to shipping.
Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment to move, stack, and retrieve products efficiently.
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and quality.
- Organize stock in designated areas, maintaining accurate inventory counts and FIFO (First-In, First-Out) organization.
- Pack and label products securely for shipping, ensuring all safety guidelines are met.
- Perform regular cleaning and maintenance of the warehouse floor, racking, and equipment to ensure a safe working environment.
- Assist in loading and unloading trucks with the dock door team, adhering to strict time schedules.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the United States.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand or walk for extended periods.
- Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screening.
- Basic computer literacy for scanning barcodes and logging data.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow safety protocols and standard operating procedures.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
