Responsibilities
- Pack, label, and prepare products for shipment with precision and care.
- Receive, verify, and stock incoming inventory using warehouse management systems.
- Operate material handling equipment, such as pallet jacks and forklifts, safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Perform cycle counts and inventory audits to ensure accuracy.
- Adhere to all company safety protocols and OSHA regulations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Ability to lift and move items weighing up to 50+ pounds repeatedly.
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn warehouse software (RF scanners).
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Valid driver’s license is a plus.
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and stand for long periods.
