Responsibilities
- Material Handling: Load, unload, and move products efficiently using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Picking & Packing: Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment to meet daily productivity targets.
- Inventory Management: Conduct regular cycle counts and maintain accurate stock records in the warehouse management system.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
- Organization: Keep the warehouse floor organized, clean, and free of hazards to ensure smooth operations.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine inspections of handling equipment and report any maintenance needs.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus, but we train motivated candidates.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Skills: Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Attitude: Strong attention to detail, reliability, and a positive work ethic.
- Availability: Must be able to work flexible shifts, including weekends and overtime as needed.
