Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and stock incoming merchandise with high accuracy.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for timely shipping and delivery.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and cycle counts to maintain inventory accuracy.
- Ensure the warehouse floor remains clean, organized, and safe at all times.
- Load and unload trucks, securing cargo properly for transit.
- Follow all OSHA safety guidelines and company standard operating procedures.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and math skills for inventory tracking.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
- Forklift certification (Class A, B, or C) is highly desirable.
