Responsibilities
- Efficiently load/unload shipments using forklifts, pallet jacks, and manual handling
- Organize inventory in designated zones with strict adherence to FIFO protocols
- Conduct quality inspections and document discrepancies in shipping/receiving logs
- Maintain a clean, OSHA-compliant workspace through routine sanitation checks
- Operate warehouse management systems (WMS) for inventory tracking
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- OSHA forklift certification (or willingness to obtain within 30 days)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic math skills for inventory reconciliation
- Valid Washington State ID and clean background check
- Strong attention to detail and time management abilities
