Responsibilities
- Safely load/unload trucks and organize inventory using forklifts and pallet jacks
- Perform accurate inventory counts and maintain stock rotation systems
- Operate warehouse equipment following OSHA safety standards
- Inspect and package products for shipping with precision
- Maintain clean, organized work areas and comply with safety protocols
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 1 year warehouse experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Pass pre-employment background check
