Responsibilities
- Unload, scan, and verify incoming shipments for accuracy and condition
- Organize and store inventory in designated warehouse zones using RF scanners
- Pick and pack orders with precision, meeting daily productivity targets
- Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and efficiently
- Maintain clean, organized work areas and adhere to OSHA safety protocols
- Conduct cycle counts and assist in monthly inventory audits
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational issues
- Train on warehouse management systems (WMS) and digital tracking tools
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand for 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn digital systems
- Valid driver's license preferred (forklift certification provided)
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends during peak seasons
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
- Team-oriented mindset with excellent communication skills
