Responsibilities
- Efficiently sort, pack, and ship products using RF scanners and barcode systems
- Operate powered industrial equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) with proper safety protocols
- Perform inventory counts and cycle counting using digital tracking tools
- Maintain clean, organized workstations and warehouse aisles per OSHA standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Adhere to quality control procedures for product handling
- Assist with loading/unloading of trucks using proper lifting techniques
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand for 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy for inventory management systems
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Flexibility to work weekends and overtime as needed
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
- High school diploma or equivalent required
