Responsibilities
- Pick, Pack, and Ship: Accurately process orders using warehouse management systems (WMS) to ensure timely delivery.
- Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, conduct cycle counts, and ensure accurate inventory records.
- Receiving & Inspection: Inspect incoming shipments for damage and verify quantities against packing slips.
- Material Handling: Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform daily pre-shift inspections of equipment and report any maintenance needs immediately.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere strictly to all OSHA safety guidelines and company protocols to maintain a hazard-free environment.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not required; on-the-job training is provided.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy to minimize errors in order fulfillment and inventory.
- Teamwork: Must be able to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment.
- Communication: Basic verbal communication skills and willingness to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Availability: Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
