Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Perform inventory counts and maintain organized stock rotation in climate-controlled environments
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) with OSHA-certified training
- Inspect products for quality compliance and report discrepancies to supervisors
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize warehouse workflows
- Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain a clean, hazard-free workspace
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; prior warehouse experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand/walk for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory tracking systems
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Flexible availability including weekends and peak season hours
- Valid Florida driver's license and clean driving record (if operating company vehicles)
- Forklift certification or willingness to obtain through company training
