Responsibilities
- Operate company-provided forklifts and pallet jacks for material movement
- Inspect and maintain warehouse equipment daily
- Process incoming shipments and organize inventory with RF scanners
- Pack and label orders with precision for shipment
- Adhere to OSHA safety guidelines and company protocols
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets
- Report equipment malfunctions to maintenance team promptly
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Basic math skills for inventory tracking
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Reliable transportation to 7am shifts
- Willingness to work in climate-controlled warehouse environment
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
