Responsibilities
- Safely operate warehouse equipment including pallet jacks, forklifts, and conveyor systems (all provided)
- Accurately receive, scan, and inventory incoming shipments
- Pick and pack orders with precision using provided RF scanners
- Maintain clean, organized work areas and equipment
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols with company-issued PPE
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets
- Participate in cycle counts and inventory audits
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly with provided equipment assistance
- Basic math skills for inventory management
- Valid driver's license preferred for equipment operation training
- Strong attention to detail and safety consciousness
- Ability to work in varying temperature conditions
- Reliable transportation to our Orlando facility
