Responsibilities
- Operate provided forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently
- Load/unload shipments using provided tools and machinery
- Manage inventory with provided scanning systems and software
- Maintain clean, organized work areas using provided cleaning equipment
- Follow safety protocols using provided protective gear
- Assist with inventory counts using provided technology
- Collaborate with team using provided communication devices
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required
- Ability to operate provided equipment with proper training
- Basic math and computer literacy skills
- Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs with provided mechanical assistance
- Reliable transportation to our Nashville facility
