Responsibilities
- Operate provided warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks, etc.) to move and organize inventory
- Pack, label, and ship products according to company standards
- Maintain accurate inventory counts and documentation
- Adhere to all safety protocols and equipment maintenance procedures
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow efficiency
- Inspect and report equipment issues to maintenance team
- Support receiving and stocking operations as needed
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required
- Ability to operate provided industrial equipment (training provided)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
