Responsibilities
- Operate company-provided warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks, etc.) for material handling
- Pick, pack, and ship orders with precision using provided scanning technology
- Load/unload shipments safely while adhering to OSHA guidelines
- Maintain inventory accuracy through systematic stock counting
- Organize storage areas to optimize workflow and space utilization
- Complete daily equipment maintenance checks as required
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to operate warehouse machinery (training provided for all equipment)
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Valid driver's license for equipment operation
- Reliable transportation to Henderson worksite
- Willingness to work flexible shifts including weekends
