Responsibilities
- Operate company-provided equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks, etc.) for material handling and inventory movement
- Pack, label, and prepare shipments according to quality standards
- Perform inventory counts and maintain accurate warehouse records
- Inspect and maintain assigned equipment to ensure optimal performance
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily production targets
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA regulations
- Assist in receiving, stocking, and organizing warehouse inventory
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred but not required
- Ability to operate warehouse machinery (training provided on company equipment)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Valid driver's license preferred (some equipment operation may require)
- Must pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
- Flexible availability including some weekend shifts
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
