Responsibilities
- Operate provided forklifts, pallet jacks, and scanning equipment with precision
- Accurately receive, verify, and inventory incoming shipments using company-provided tools
- Pick and pack orders efficiently using provided handheld scanners and labeling systems
- Maintain clean, organized warehouse space with provided cleaning equipment
- Adhere to safety protocols using provided personal protective equipment (PPE)
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods with provided ergonomic support
- Basic math skills for inventory management
- Reliable transportation to our Tampa facility
- Willingness to operate company-provided machinery after training
