Responsibilities
- Operate company-provided equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and efficiently
- Load/unload shipments and organize inventory in designated storage zones
- Pack and label products according to specifications
- Maintain clean and organized work areas following OSHA standards
- Conduct cycle counts and inventory checks
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required
- Ability to operate provided equipment after paid training
- Basic math skills for inventory management
- Physical stamina to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Valid driver's license (for equipment operation certification)
